ShadowDancer is a Miracle Worker ... transformed the venerable RAM's middle digit into a Maduro Cigar! Jakey Buddrschnipp has to do his forensic on this one. Perhaps you should set about achieving a Bull Shot.

Yep, looks like everyone has a cigar except for the Bull. Ram has his hands full.

GR,

My pleasure to be of help. As we discussed my submission of this picture on your behalf, changes were necessary to merit approval. I will work on obtaining a bull shot per your request.

DAVE:

I'm betting on SmokingDonkey to rid "Bully Shot Folly" of the word "Folly".

What will RAM do after SD's Bull Shot?

Is it a race to see who gets a Bull shot first?

Does SD have access to a real / live Bull? And does a Swisher sweat count as a real cigar?

Dave:

Access to "real" bulls in NM? Absolutely ... lots of bull riding competitions at rodeos!

RAM proposed this folly.

We'll see achieves it first!

SD will be at RAM's Smokefest 2006!
I heard him invite her ... telephonically!

JHC,

GR is correct! Many farms around here breed for rodeo quality bulls.

SD:

Since they're bulls for rodeo competition, I assume that Rocky Mountain Oysters are shipped in.

If RAM can't find a co-operative bull in Honesdale, PA, he'll have to try the NM/TX border area.

RAM on the lam in the high dessert pursuing bull shot folly ... that'll be a photo-op!

GR,

I will be bull hunting this weekend for a photo candidate. It will be interesting to see what I come up with!
I doubt traveling to the southwest is on our friend's agenda!
As to the RMO's there are lots of steers here as well.

Are RMO's typically offered by better restaurants and/or bars in your locus? Preparations other that deep-fried?

GR

Good luck on you Bull Shot search.

GR,

RMO's are served in local establishment in this area however I have not seen them offered other than fried.

Thanks for wishing me luck on the bull shot!

That's been my experience on my road trips Westward. They're "dumbed down" to fast food standards.

GR,

According to what I have been told the deep-fry method of preperation aids in tenderness. I don't know if thats true.

SD:

Not accurate.

They must be properly peeled.

They must be from pubescent bulls.

The sauteed RMO's we served at the 10/22 HERF were uncommonly tender.

RAM was one of the few attedees who declined the morsels.

So his knowledge of RMO's is a priori only.

GR,

One never knows if they will like RMO's without tasting them. I have never ordered them.

More important, though; work on your bull shot!
