Very windy day here on Sunday. Took the kite to the park for a little while. No matter how old I get, I'll always be a kid at heart.

As a kid, back in the mid-70's, I had an evil knievel

toy that did wheelies and such ... after I wore out the motorcycle, I got a bright idea to build him a parachute . . . I took a large trash bag and split it open and fashioned the chute ... I had great fun with it and one day I went to a company picnic of my dad's ... it was a little windy that day and when tossed in the air, it just sailed away ... we chased it as far as the highway and watched it keep on flying !!!

I loved that Evil Kenivel toy. I think I went through about 5 of them. The wheel on the turning thingy kept stripping so you couldn't get the motorcycle reved up. I was cool how you could bend his arms and legs just like the way they looked when he crashed on TV. Oh...the good ol days.
