I used to smoke a robusto called Domino Park made by the Caribbean Cigar Co. out of Coconut Grove, Fl. They no longer make these but are interested in something similiar if anyone can help.

Did you see the Domino parks for auction currently?

I like the description in this one, "This Dominican-made cigar is a long-filler smoke that's actually smokeable thanks to 5 years of age - but only barely."

Makes me want to jump right in on the bidding ... LOL!

And, who could resist a cigar that was actually barely smokeable ? ...

I thought at first you were kidding, but learned that is the actual description of these cigars ... this bit of truth in advertising is rather stunning, particilarly when you consider that the Lone Wolf description makes 'em almost sound good ...

Speaking of bad smokes, I ordered a 5 pack of the Biaritzz, and a pack of Chalyes or whatever. I like to keep some cheap ones around for friends that mooch, and wouldn't know the difference. When I got them and smelled them I threw them in the box of loose leaf tabachy I get with naturals. I'll throw them on a camp fire maybe then it'll be not SOOO bad.

The Biarritz, if it is the 'Coffee Break' perfecto, is one tasty little cigar.

I enjoy them for a quick smoke, or for a change of pace, or when I know I may have to toss it because of pending circumstances and my not be able to finish it ... but want a smoke.

Slim,I knew I forgot to throw something in that last trade of ours.Them stinkin Barritz Mofo's,no offense but they really just don't do a thing for me.You know neither do the Short Stories now that I think about it.Oh well maybe next time,I only have a few left anyways...LOL

They're not the coffee break slim. They were one rank smelling Churchill. Imagine a pair of socks you'd wear for 6 days with out washing then taking a whif of them. That's what they smelled like when i got them. However since I've changed their container so often they seem to be losing that bad odor they had.

The leaves and wrapper they use for the Churchill is completely different from what they use for the Coffee Breaks ... and you are correct. The Churchill's are nasty ...

I agree with Slim. The Biattitz Coffee Break Perfecto is tasty, but the Biarritz Rothschilds that I attempted to smoke were downright nasty... I don't think that the tobacco (assuming it was tobacco) was fermented properly, if at all.

I know this is an old thread, but couldn't resist commenting...THESE ARE TERRIBLE! I know taste is subjective, but these are so bad, the smoke actually reacts w/the fillings in my mouth and creates a "mustardy" taste that is extremely offensive.

For a short smoke, try the Coffee Breaks by Colorado Don Lino! Spicy but nice!

...anyway...back to the Domino Parks...anyone have any yet? How are they?
