I just can not say how this has hurt me.Mr. Cunningham was a Navy pilot, an ace at that.

I will never call him by his nickname again, he has lost my respect...

My opinion on corruption in elected officials is like this....

If an elected official is caught taking kick backs or bribes and convicted, then they should be guilty of Treason and shot!

The reason I feel so is because I too have been elected to represent people. I'm in a small union and I represent about 100 workers. Sure I could sell out and look out for number one, but that is just one of the problems with unions today!

I refuse to go down that road.....

Ok enough of my rant!

It's a shame. A cryin' shame. All it took was money. He was a national hero with an ability and the opportunity only one in a million will ever have. He was loved and trusted by thousands of constituents. I felt bad for a while as well, and then I got to thinking. Don't feel bad. YOU WERE NOT THE ONE WHO TOOK THE MONEY.
