I have just received news from KLACTO'S (aka Tom Donovan, aka Klacto V. Sedstene) family that he passed away the end of last week.
He was an active member of this forum and a great guy to trade with (we just did another last week).
He will be missed. Please smoke a good one for him!

That's awful. I just completed a trade with him a few weeks back. Seemed like a really nice guy.

Very sad to hear. Just sent a package to him four days ago in a trade. He was a curteous, generous person and will be missed.

"I just got off the phone with Tom Donovan's [Klacto] assistant, and she confirmed that Tom passed away sometime in the evening between Wednesday, September 4th and Thursday, September 5th. The cause of death was a heart attack.

Because of the sudden, unexpected nature, his family already held the mass and funeral...

I just met Tom a few months ago here, but in a very short period of time got to spend several great nights with him and some of my best... pals. Tom was an absolute sweetheart of a guy, extremely knowledgeable about music (he was VP of an entertainment distribution company), and only 42 years old.

unbelievably sad. I just completed a box purchase of habanos with him. I just sent him the gars and was waiting for him to confirm he got them. I'm speechless. He was way too young.

My heart goes out to his family, he seemed like a great guy and I was hoping of having the pleasure of trading with him.

He wil be missed!!
