I'm out of the loop....family took my computer time. How did you do?

How'd you do in your league. I won my Superbowl in a 117-66 blowout against a team that beat me earlier. Luck.

*sigh*

Okay... I went 14-2 for the entire season. Scored more points by far than everyone else and the closest punk to me was 10-6.

That 10-6 punk happened to be the only guy who beat me all year and in the Superbowl he made it twice. He won by 3 points. I checked it when I went home tuesday afternoon and it was 121-118.

Damn MACS that sucks. I was in the toughest division, went 9-4 and had to win my last game to get into the playoffs.

Funny thing is, I had more points than anyone else, easily won the breakdown (if everyone played everyone every week) and had the best coaching % (fewest points left on bench...although that could be a depth issue)

Once in I killed both teams. Not even close.

Ever take a look at gridiron grumblings?

gridirongrumblings.com is a fantasy football site with a bunch of pretty good tools. It helped me with my draft etc.

If you pay the 12 or 15 bucks you get player rankings (made my draft) target data, trend data...etc. They have an advice o matic (email) tool where they will give you personalized advice as often as you like.

The site is run by folks who are published in SI etc... like Greg Kellog. They seem to be a jump ahead as far as injuries, things happening in camp/practice etc. My favorite source there just left to join the Patriots press crew.

Check it out.

Thanks, I just might.

But to be honest, I am a football junkie and follow it religiously every year. I watch the pre-season, I watch the regular season, I watch the play-offs, I watch the draft, I read every issue of SI from cover to cover, I go to ESPN.com and read the NFL page there... I am obsessed with it. I have a book that I get every year "The Official NFL Record and Fact Book" and it is my 'reading room' material.

I'm not sure they could give me any advice I can't figure out on my own. Not to sound like a know-it-all, i'm not... just a football junkie.

I'm there too (junkie). Most of the time I sent a "this is what I think I'm going to do" email and they agreed (they shouldn't have on my S. Jackson and S. Moss for McNabb trade)

But it did help me put some things in context.... ie it helped me not draft caddy too high etc...

It's just a tool and a cheap one at that
