Now that sounds just like the govt. I knew and "loved" when I was wearing a US uniform. Actually I think this was the reason I got out. That's where I was, now it's where I isn't. I is now where I wasn't, and now is where I is, and that involves no error factor. The only error factor is I stayed where I was longer than where I wasn't longer than I needed to be where I wasn't.
