I was at their "FINAL" farewell retirement tour back in '80 here in San Diego...great show at that but I'll leave my experience as a once in a lifetime.

I ditched 10th grade to go and was afraid that the news helicopters over the stadium would reveal my whereabouts to my dad...years later when I told him about it, he said, "hey, The Stones? I woulda let you go!"

Go figure!

Great band, but they shoulda hung it up 25 years ago. However, can't blame 'em... too much $$$ to be made by staying together and touring.

The last 'final, farewell, never again show' that I went to see was KISS, about 2 years back I guess.

I dunno. Rick may not live that long and Richards' been dead for years.
