i think i understand now. i thought 4 = "for" in this case. now, i don't believe that's so. he literally wants 4 bundles. seems like a legit quality for quantity trade now that i understand it correctly.

Actually, 4 bundles of the Nestor at that price are a bit more than my source charges for a box of Ramon Allones SCCs...but, it's very close.

Actually if you add 2.5% for the conversion charge than you will get $118 which is close to $119.80(for CI special)

And I would add that $1.80 no problem.
