Clinton did the Chinese embasy thing on purpose. Then said it was an accident.

I don't know what Clinton has to do with this picture, but if there is a relation, we should say that Clinton was a Rhodes Scholar and was evidently smart enough to weasle his way around the White House and into the hearts of a majority of Americans for 8 years.
