hope you see this and give me a call to let me know how your managing , i kno wyou said it was getting tough the last time i talked to you.

stay strong brother Susan needs you now more than anytime before! i do know it's hard to be around this type of illness , especially when it's brought in a family home like Susan's mom's.

but it's better than having it happen in a hospital with visiting times all different. and she'll be more at peace at home than some strange place.

Got an email from Mike (Dup) today. Says he is appreciative of all the support (And smokes received). Basically he is just working and being with the family. Time is short for his wife's mom and it is getting tougher. He will post as soon as he can. Said to keep sending prayers.

Hello everybody,

i just got through talking to Mike a short time ago and here's what is going on now.his mother in law it fully medicated to relieve any discomfort or pain she may have. according to Mike she was screaming the other night for hours and the hospis nurse contacted the doctor which in turn instructed her to up the medication to relieve her of any pain or discomfort that she may have been having ,and she's just about near the end.

Susan (Mike's wife) a very sweet girl, who was very close to her mom had to be medicated as well after the other night's episode and mike isn't doing too well himself having to watch this all happen.

can't say as i can blame him either! like he said to me, going to a funeral is one thing but to have to watch the loved one die and not be able to help in any way is hard to do.

he's asked me to thank moonman for the package he recieved this past friday.

very nice moonman! you beat me to it. i'm going to be dropping a little something on him myself as i'm sure he could use a little something to take his mind off of the event's taking place right now. and i feel i really owe him a good hit anyway for how he's helped me in the past couple od months.

and i need to go fix up a box! just felt like giving an update for those interested in how he's doing!

i dropped a care package off at dup's this morning , and found him home.

his wife's mother passed away this morning. and spirits are needing lifted. his mother in law is at peace but his road still has troubles to deal with as his wife was very close to her mother and is hit hard by this.

i'm sad relaying this bad news but some wanted to be kept in the know.

Mike is good people and i hate to see anyone in this pain let alone a friend and fellow brother of the leaf. i posted in the misc. forum as well so as to relay this sad news to all that wish to know.
