WOW!!

The most beautifully embroidered black cap w/ suede visor, buckram front, velcro closure, etc. that I have ever seen!

Even the curved copy on the back is flawless.

The sticks were also phenomenal!

For the last couple of months ... I gave up breakfast and lunch, and only eat one meal a day.

It's been tough ... but I went from 255 lbs. down to 236 lbs., and lost almost 20 lbs.

Yeah ... yeah ... I know. Slim was a 'nickname' I picked up many, many years ago (in the service) ... when at 6' 6" tall, I had a 26 inch waist.

ummm, andy, i am over 300 (i think--my japanese kilogram scale does not go that high)....and i just trimmed (not shaved) my grizzly adams beard.

but, i ain't got the hat, either.
