So today this heavy little box arrives via UPS and i'm thinking what in the heck is this, when i read the return addy and knew i was in for a fine piece of craftsmanship. I had posted on one of the boards here a while back that i'd like to work out a trade for one of these, but hearing nothing back i figured the production had ended and the lucky few were just that...lucky!

Today i open this box after doing a few curls with it and there is one VERY FINE looking solid aluminum ashtray, intricately designed and signed brock-bilt '06. There was also a little note that read:

"There were a few BOTL on Cbid that thought you would like an ash tray."

Thanks for the tray, Brock (and those who were watchin out for a brudda)...this thing truly is a work of art! But be warned! No good deed shall go unpunished!

What perfect timing too. I went from smoking outside and having no ashtray to call my own to smoking in my newly finished basement with two wooden cigar lounges (hand crafted by a BOTL elsewhere) and now this gorgeous heady duty one, courtesy Brock. This made my day! Things are certainly looking up in the hoss-hold!

Sooooo, today Hoss got served, soon it will be your turn to post here, Brock. If i were you, i'd dig in!

I'm glad I could make a contribution to your new basement. Just make sure you use the ash tray. Tuck tried to tell me he was going to put it on a shelf or something..... I hope I talked in out of doing that.

I understand Tuck's sentiments. This is a work of art. However, it's one that's intended to be functional by the arteeeeest and those wishes shall be honored this weekend when my cuz comes up from Vancouver.
