Did you see Tony Soprano pull out the Montecristo #2 in the last episode of the Sopranos? While he was with the sick horse, and I would hate to be that vet if that horse dies! Looks like Gloria Trillo (Annabella Sciorra) is coming back to the series and should really cause some friction!

I tried to tell you guys that was what Tony smokes! I've NEVER seen him smoke anything else...although there were a couple of times that you couldn't positively identify the band.

I saw him pull out the smoke, but I didn't catch the band. I was in the kitchen during that scene. Thanks for clearing it up, since a lot of their cigars are bandless when they smoke them.

I couldn't tell...thought it might be a Padron on Monte...good eye!

Good eye? Knowing some of you guys... you could probably smell it and taste it through the television 🙂

He has smoked other cigars on the show, but the box of ISOM's he gave to Cusamono (his neighbor) was Montecristo's!

I thought James Gandolfino said in an interview with CA that was his preferred smoke, the Monti 2's.

CAO had the contract to provide cigars for the third season. You can easily see the bands in several scenes.
