I am a total noob to cigars, and to cigarbid. I have been poking around, and wanting to get involved. What is the best way to get involved in trades (aka "bombs")...I am wanting to build up my collection and try new brands and sticks. Any suggestions?

I would suggest getting involved with the Vet/Newbie trade. There is a post about it here in the Trades section.

just like they said above. get in a newbie/vet trade and just start communicating on the boards. I've been around maybe a month and thought my 75ct humi would suffice. last week I had to make the move to a 48quart tubador since my humi was bursting at the seams.

Just a quick nomenclature thing. Bombs and trades are 2 separate animals. A trade is just that. I'll send you x and you send me y. A bomb is simply one person sending another person cigars (among other things). No expectation of repayment. You do it because it is fun.
