Dunno how long it would take, but these would be first

a) make Congressional Salaries and benefits equal to median of all Americans
b) get a new taxation system in place and ultimately blow up the IRS
c) change immigration policies to the same ones employed by our neighbors (want a fun read? go look up Mexico's immigration policies)
d) Abolish the BCS - hell the NCAA for that matter
e) make halter tops required wear for women
f) make an equivalent clothing requirement so women enjoy too
g) stop providing aid and funding to any nation that votes against us in the UN
h) take all illegal aliens who have committed a crime and deport them someplace very far away. I kind of like the British Empire solution back in the 1700's or so - pick a big island halfway around the world and just send the prisoners there
i) remove all trade sanctions against Cuba
j) put term limits on all public officials
k) change the penalty for breach of trust to be more severe. Selling state secrets, financial shenanigans, kickbacks, misusing public resources for personal gain should be hard time in jail at a minimum. Anyone else besides me appalled at the "punishment" doled out to Charley Rangel?

Military spending would increase on my watch a bit as I would give the Coast Guard carte Blanche to take out any boats not loaded with american citizens trying to attack our beaches.
