I kinda agree with this to a point it should be a later in life choice. but at the same time getting your meat chopped off at 18 would be painful i am sure. me and my wife left my son's undone so he can decide later on if he so chooses too. I read a story some time back I think it was Africa or some place over there that practiced female genitalia mutilation to ward off young sex. I know its not the same but to me not much different.

FWIW, I have met thousands and thousands of Jewish males during the course of my nearly 50-year life and my brother is a Pediatrician.

I have never heard even a single hint of a story of any real problem with the procedure or caused by circumcision. Not saying there aren't any, just that i would expect to have at least heard something if the procedure was so dangerous and the results so problematic for circumcised males.

I was circumcised at day 8 and couldn't walk for almost a year. No problems now, though.
