After 3 yrs and 27,000 miles my 2008 HD NightTrain had gone thru 8 sets of wheel bearings, called the factory and bitched, 7 days later my local dealer traded me straight up for a Electra glide Standard, no money out of pocket, even paid for tag transfer!!!!!delilah.jpg

Wow, that Great!!!! Especially as HD hasn't been known in the past as a great customer service company! Sounds like the new management is realizing that the market has changed and they actually need their customers!! (now if some of he dealers can learn the same)

CONGRATS, nice wheels!

🇨🇮 🇨🇮 🇨🇮 That is cool, I'm glad they did that. 8 sets of bearings sounds like a recall not recalled. I'm glad for you bro. 🇨🇮 🇨🇮 🇨🇮 BIznitching bike too.

I owe it all to John in customer service in Milwaukee, he told me to have my local dealer install another set of bearings and hope they lasted longer than the last ones!!! I told him that was unacceptable and to let me speak with his supervisor, he told me he didn't have a supervisor and that was all he could offer. Hung up, called back, got his boss on the phone, 5 days later Milwaukee sent my local dealer a check for 2000.00 and I got a new FLHT!!!!!
