Saw a fox in this same spot about a week ago. I don't see those very often. Scrawny little thing. If it weren't for the bushy tail I'd have thought it was a cat...i guess cats don't have noses like that though.

Wish I had a better camera vs a cellphone. Plus, stopping on the road makes it hard to take a good pause to take a picture while looking in the rearview. Mama deer, or some other deer, was off to the left of the pic.
