Sorry if we (Az) exported that. The Wallow fire has burned over 1/2 million acres of some of our finest pine forests and crossed into NM near Luna.

The AZ fire has been giving us smoke for the past few weeks, but we have our own fires - Los Alamos is on fire (again), and there is a huge fire on Sam Donaldson's ranch down near Roswell, and smaller fires everywhere. Yikes.
With all these firemen around here... you would think they'd go help!!

I agree - Tucker, get your @ss to New Mexico. You're needed here. And if you have any energy left, you can go fight fires. I'll loan you my Pulaski. -B

Marshmallows don't fit on a Pulaski.
Ok, the firefighters I get, but an archaeologist?

There are historical Native American sites at risk from the Los Alamos fires at Bandalier National Park and a nearby pueblo, so not surprised an archaeologist took the photo.
Yep, an archaeologist. When they're deciding where and how to set fire lines and which areas they'll try to save, they have an archaeologist out on the line with them to help them save the greatest possible number of historic resources. In order to do this the archaeologist has to be fire certified for being behind the lines (red card - just like a fire fighter), and has to have their own nomex gear and fire boots - and of course, Pulaski. When they're not dealing with historic resources, they're pitching in fighting fires. The funny part is watching the fire guys trying to keep up with little Ana - she kicks everybody's ass - Hahahaha.
