SSNs used to be based on the location of the social security office from which a person was applying and later simply the zip code where the person lived. As of two years ago, it is completely random.

Also, simply having a SSN does not constitute proof of US citizenship. If I come to the US and granted a temporary work visa, guess what I get? A SSN. A person from outside the US can also get a work-restricted card if there is a reason to be assigned one.

SSNs don't mean anything unless you have a BC to back it up...so if people want to tie up the court system in order to continue this birtherbroncobama conspiracy or whatever it is, then they need to reimburse the government.

I'm not an Obama fan (nor really a fan of anyone in the government for that matter), but we already have enough idjits in DC spending our dough without some crazy dingaling lawyers runnin up the meter by running this garbage through the court system.
