That ladies leg would be fried off of that muffler. The little girl in the front would have already had her leg sucked into the front spokes. And the kid in a bucket just looks wayyyyyy out of color for the photo that should be int he shade.

Maybe, although I work with a woman who lived in Indonesia for many years, and said that it's not at all unusual to see 5 people and a couple of chickens on an SUV. She had seen this many people on a bike before - so maybe this particular photo is photo-shopped or maybe it isn't, but I have a credible eyewitness that this exact thing happens all the time. -B

I agree that the baby part seems quite out of place with the rest of the pic, But have you seen what people stuff on/carry on those bikes they have... this pic, sans the baby is quite a realistic petrail... not to mention it all fits and flows right visually...

And to think I feel crowded with even one other person on a bike with me....

Either way, I'm with ya there on that last statement Shovelgrrrl. Doesn't look like a comfortable ride for any involved on this one though.
