One of my grandparent's favorite tv shows.
I had the fortune to see see Roy Clark perform when I was a kid at Knott's Berry Farm. It was an intimate theater setting and when we took our seats there was almost every stringed instrument sitting or standing there on stage. When the show started he was playing a guitar and during the show he played every instrument on the stage. Everything from a harp to a banjo, guitar to a fiddle...electric and acoustic, stand up bass to a tub/jug bass. Told jokes, sang and all in all was very entertaining.
The next time I saw the tv show I was paying more attention.
I bet they had a fun time behind the scenes making this show.
