most of the Troops are on their 4th, 5th or 6th deployment as it is...without Bush or Obama invading Cuba

As the masses are no longer eligible to receive UE benefits then they will drop off the roles of the "unemployed" therefore dropping the %. Yet there will still be over 15% out of work next year regardless of their "Unemployment Status"
