One of my favorite beach comfort foods. There's a little seasonal crabshack in Sea Level, NC (yup that's the name of the town) that does small fried softshells on fresh soft white buns. Well worth the four and a half hour drive.

OMG!!!! One of my top meals right there. When those are nice and sweet at the top of the season, I would eat those over a lobster tail. Ate some last time I was out in Jersey......May IIRC. OUTSTANDING!!
