This large rock (note hole), it is large enough for a few people to sleep in!

Hence, Hollow Rock, the small community I grew up in/near.

Terrible about the graffiti, there is some chiseled in form the 1800's, but mostly worn off now. Little known place.

lol,

nah, but look how big the beaver ws that gnawed on that tree. Thar is at my waist and I got another pic to show that. I run a little over 5'11" now that the discs have slipped , I've shrunk a little.

now you have to get on your knees and crawl in. I had a teacher in 4th grade that had a picture of him when he was a teen, he was standing on another friends shoulders (both were short, though) and was barely touching the hole, it has sunk into the surrounding sandy soil. The pic was taken in the 30's.

there is a creek that runs beside this old rock, mostly too shallow for fish near the rock, real sandy.

lots,

but that's an hour away, where my other property and Dad, and siblings all still live. Just made the trip over to the rock for some pics. Need to get someone in it to show reference it is large.

When you bringing the girls down to visit TN? They'd fit in well with all my Grandkids, Grandnieces/nephews
