Everybody's screaming for Eric Holder's impeachment. There's two major problems with this. First, it would likely never get past the Senate, and Second, if it did (because Obama thought of this) he could then issue a Presidential pardon, at which point, Holder could be a lightning rod and absorb all responsibility for F&F, and thanks to double jepardy laws, he would be untouchable. How about an alternate scenario....

Let one of the SuperPacs run an ad blaming Obama for the deaths of Briian Terry and Jamie Zapata, and about 200 Mexican civilians. Let it feature the parents of Brian Terry asking if Obama ISN'T in the least bit culpable, why did he claim executive privelige when Congree supoenaed documents from the DoJ? (What did the liberals say when Bush did that about the whole Scooter Libby debacle? And how many people died as a result of Richard Armatige leaking Valerie Plames employer *NOT* Scooter Libby?) Then the day after the gun running POS gets booted out of office, no impeachment is necessary, nothing has to be approved by Dingy Harry Reid, a simple Grand Jury indictment in the State of Arizona is all that's required to get Eric Holder extradited there for an investigation into the Capitol Murder of Brian Terry. Once in custody, he can be offered a plea deal... IF he can provide documentation showing someone above HIM had authorized the operation, then the death penalty will be taken off the table! By the way, in accordance with legal precedents, there is already a young man on death row in Fla. whose crime was loaning his car to a friend. it seems that if you facilitate IN ANY WAY a capitol murder, you are as culpable as the trigger man. The young man loaned his car to his buddy who went to a convenience store and shot the clerk in the commission of a robbery, and the prosecutor showed that he couldn't have gotten to that store without borrowing the car. Gee, think that Brian Terry could have been killed with that weapon if it hadn't been smugggled across the border on __________'s orders? Just think, they could Give the Maricopa County Sherriffs Department the investigative lead on the case!

I liked the first Fast and Furious better than the second one but they were both fun. I like most anything Vin Diesel does, he cracks me up. He directed (I think) a mini-series a little while back called The Ropes which was actually not bad at all.
