A skycap I know at the airport told me today that he's studying to get his masters degree in business economics & he said the economy won't get any better until Obama is out of office. Then he paused and said, but I'm voting for him !!

When he says "studying to get his masters," does that mean "I'm on the 10 year undergrad plan, and hope to get my masters someday?"
