I run linux mint, and its fairly easy to use. Of course if your not able to google "how to make [insert program name here] work on linux[insert distro here]" you'll have difficulty with linux. Anyone born after 1980 should be able to use it with out too much difficulty, unless they possess a serious mental disability.
