He's just doing the same thing that the republicans did. Just replace #1 with "start numerous expensive wars that are paid for off of the budget" and #2 with "give tax breaks to foreign companies doing business in the US". #3, 4 & 5 are right out of the Republican's play book. Same BS.

I trust that those with good old American hard working know how and initiative will figure out a way to get on the Government gravy wagon.
Lots of bennies including disability, early pension, and favored contractor spots still available to the ingenious and downtrodden.
