Not doing anything with it. Just gives me a raise at work and points toward promotions... which my smart-ass mouth will cancel out, I'm sure.

I wouldn't bet on that and if so, too bad for her...
Even at 44+, I bet there are federal agencies out there that would be interested in you due to criminal justice credentials AND experience.
