What brands do you like, and why do you like the specific brand?

Anybody ever had Gringo Bandito?

Texas Pete's for everything......but especially good on eggs.I also do my hot wings in this sauce.

I've also found Texas Pete's Chipotle sauce to be quite good if you,re into the chipotle thing.

My backup for every occasion is Sriracha.

I have some El Yucateco Chile Habanero sauce that was gifted to me by Desolbones(Greg).....MF'r was trying to kill me.Good but will light up any meal like the 4th of July.My BIL loves hot-n-spicy,he put about 4 or 5 drops on some adobo my wife made.......I've never seen him sweat like that.My sister said the funny part was that evenings bowl movement,I could hear him as she and I were talking on the phone.Yes it sounded painful.

Chelsea Fire.

I buy it at the local fairs, but can also be purchased online.

This is one of the hottest sauces that I've had that has a great flavor too.

Second best sauce I've ever had.

First best was a homemade concoction that we picked up in New Orleans at the farmers market many moons ago. Can't find it anymore and I forget the name. It was thick and brown. No vinegar flavor at all.

Also, a while back my MIL bought me some Datil Do Ya sauces from Florida. They use the Datil (sp?) pepper. They were very good.

And Tabasco just plain sucks.

I've never had it before, but America's Test Kitchen recently found that the hot sauce with a good amount of heat that they liked best is Sriracha... I've never had it, but it looked thicker than most hot sauces I've liked... they said that's do to less vinegar which in turn led to better taste... again, never had it myself but I'll probably try it soon just to see what it's all about...

Love sriracha. Tabasco goes on everything. Franks is good for cooking. Cholula and Tapatio if I'm not in the mood for Tabasco. Recently, I've been fond of Atomic Iguana on pork barbacoa tacos. Had a mango-habanero hot sauce the other day that was amazing, but I forgot to write down the name!
