I went to the one in Vegas last time I was there, and asked the waitress for a helles. I figured she would know what I was talking about... I was wrong. I picked up the menu, pointed to the yellow beer that they choose to call "lager" and asked if she knew what kind of beer it was. "yeah, its lager". Dumb as rocks...

They have Dunkel, Hefeweizen, and "lager"?
If you don't understand the beer styles, why have you staff be as ignorant as you are...
