With over 50lbs of zucchini not including pumpkins gifted from friend's gardens, we'll be baking breads throughout the season including pumpkin bread, pumpkin cookies and gobs. Not a fan of pumpkin and squash soups though. The fall harvest season up though Thanksgiving is my favorite season of the year. We've made over 12-dozen zucchini & pumpkin breads in previous seasons.

And yes Edin, warm out of the oven with local farm butter is awesome!
