On a serious note, this was our face EVERY year on BC/BS premium increase day.

Not a big Government fan especially after standing in the MVA lines but had a friend whose family has pre-existing conditions and their premiums dropped from over 2k to less than 490/month. Sounds like the perfect coverage for sick folks- provided you get enough participation from the Victor's of the world.
