Why did D.O.T. (over)load your trailer?

Perhaps things will improve after you become a Mr. Plowman. I dunno.
D.O.T (Department of Transportation) there the ones that run the weigh stations and issue fines etc etc.
so they overloaded your trailer then charged you for it?
I learn something new every day. Thank you for that.

he really had no choice. there was extra space so he had to load it. entrapment!
Be thankful you didn't get placed out of service
