That abyss is incredible. I've bought 6 each year since '09 and let them rest. With 2 plus years on them they become something truly special. I haven't cracked a 2013 yet.

Yes that is correct. They tried making a sour and it was awful, rather than talking it they decide the agent and wine barrels ( not sure which type of wine) it turned out amazing but unfortunately they've said that this was a one time run only.

Very nice, and I believe it was Pinot wine barrels if I remeber right.
