http://spectator.org/articles/39326/americas-ruling-class-and-perils-revolution

A quite long article from 2010.

However, a really good read and has some deeper understandings of our country, where we have been, where we are and where we may be headed.

if you have an interest in that sort of thing.

Give us the "Cliff Notes" version or edit it down to a 3-4 minute read and post it.

he wrote the sayings on the Salada tea bag tags too. Somewhere I might have a 45 rpm of him doing a spoof on the Banana Boat Song, or whatever the name is with "DAY-OH"

Will try to edit it down.

May not be able to achieve that. My grey matter has continued to decline as my years increase. Which makes things like that harder and harder to do and much of the year I am still working on various business items that I must be sure I get correct.

However, I am aware that attempting to do so will help me get a better understanding of the material.

Regardless of my efforts on that, the article will help most people that wish to make the effort understand the reality of our life in the US.

Everything has the slant of the author's interpretation. His appears more neutral and realistic than any other I can remember.

I don't mean to say I agree completely with the author, but IMO he nails it better than anything I have read and I have read a large amount on the subject.
