Beef? Meh... they ARE good, but pork ribs are better, IMO.

You're in Texas... why aren't you smoking a BRISKET!?

In all honesty I really don't even care for brisket. When it comes to beef I just want a steak.

Guys I've had brisket cooked by world class bbq'rs right here on the 6666 Ranch.Still not impressed....it's a cheap cut of beef.My favorite way to eat brisket is a sammich with Miracle Whip smeared all over it......couple of those and I've had enough.

My favorite BBQ is pork ribs and pork loin.....with lots of Memphis style sauce.

Granted it isn't a prime cut like ribeye or t-bone, but it sure the hell isn't cheap any more. A 12 lb brisket is damn near $50 nowadays.

Boneless ribeyes on the grill for dinner. (I let Wheel have the bones)

Pork butt just went on the smoker.

Cigar City Brewing hotter than helles for the beer.

Beef ribs are great! Just because I like a fillet with lobster and a bottle Cristal better doesn't mean beef ribs suck.

I love brisket, too. Usually favor it over pork, but mostly because the quality of pork in this country has hit horrific lows lately. A choice cut brisket can be had for $2.50 a pound here if you know where to look.
