Perhaps he's dealing with an emergency. I sincerely doubt he'd intentionally do something like this for a box of cigars.....even a box of CoRo's!

I should add though that I've been stiffed by a couple of well known and prolific posters here who I would never suspected......I haven't called them out directly, but they know who they are......

How about adding him to your Grace list......some may be needed here. We do not know someones situation. He may be going through a tough time...I would have suggested finding out first what is going on. I always wondered why there is a need to post this sort of things on the open forum. If you got burned, lick your wounds and move on.
