Ashley thanks you for the Robust Cigars, the LtCol and I thank you for the
Milds, we are planning a fun day in a few weeks and these Cigar will be
perfect for this celebration. Thank you and all the kind folks the work
with you for their support. As you can probably guess, Marines love
CIGARS!!! I almost couldn't fit them all in my Pelican case, almost. The
LtCol and I will smoke a few tonight in your honor.

Thanks so much for thinking about us. We will certainly be thinking about
all of you when se light them up.

I would like to thank every one for the wonderful support that the Rough
Riders and I received during our deployment. We have about 3 weeks left
in country and then we will all be back home! It has been a long and hot
deployment. I did do one more humanitarian mission with the kids. I was
able to hand out everything that was left. I hope we made a difference
some how and in some way! Maybe not with the parents but I believe it
starts with the kids! I have attached the newsletter and hope that you
enjoy it! You all have been very wonderful!

We just received the cigar and goodies package. I just wanted to send you a note and thank you for your incredible generosity. It is always amazing to see how much support we get from back home. I did also want to let you know that we have several Soldiers in my unit from New Mexico. I will ensure that they get a good cut of the booty.

Dear Beth,

Thank-you so much for the amazing care package that you sent me. Just wanted to let you know that it came right on my birthday, so it was pretty amazing! I was actually looking for a cigar to smoke and the package was absolutely perfect. My Marines were extatic when I went around giving them cigars. The candy was right on as well. Thank-you so much for taking the time & money to send me & my Marines that great care package. Thank you!

I am currently assigned to Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan. I work with about a dozen military folks comprised of Air Force, Army, and Navy personnel. Most of us are here on six month rotations. I was wondering if your organization would be will to provide some care packages?

Just wanted to pass along thanks for cheering up the Airmen's day today. I
haven't seen smiles like this on their face in a while (see attached). As luck
would have it, I opened the package you sent while the other packages were
being delivered. A few Airmen who I knew liked cigars came in and while they
didn't have packages of their own to open they got an awesome surprise when
they saw the cigars and the cutters. The three in the photo will distribute to
the rest of the squadron for all to enjoy.

I'm sure the other items in the package will be gone before the end of the day
too.

Thanks so much for taking care of our guys. The support from home means more
than you can imagine!
