Sixty year old heavy metal rockers?
Sad.
They were finished years ago. I'm at the point where I change the radio station if I hear one of their songs.

Is it lights out for AC/DC? Not yet, according to frontman Brian Johnson who has confirmed that the band will enter the recording studio next month to "have a plonk" on new songs. The gritty singer told the U.K.'s Telegraph that the band is getting together in Vancouver. "We're going to pick up some guitars, have a plonk, and see if anybody has got any tunes or ideas," he said. "If anything happens, we'll record it."Related ArticlesAC/DC Not on Cusp of Retirement: SourcesAC/DC 'Retirement' Rumors Rumble On Down UnderAC/DC’s Brian Johnson: ‘We’ll Be Going Into the Studio In May’ Johnson said he did not want to predict too far into the band's future but confirmed that one member (believed to by Malcolm Young) is seriously ill. Brian has been on many local radio stations here in the Tampa Bay area...he's mentioned it's full steam ahead. AC/DC are a very private band and prefer to settle things in-house. Always have and always will I suspect. That said, there's some history here in Florida with Brian. He's a gracious person with his time with fans always posing for pics and answering questions. Some of you know that at one time I tried out for a spot in one of the of not THE premier AC/DC tribute bands called Highway To Hell. I didn't take it because I wasn't going to wear a wig, whatever...anyways..they're booked for a Sarasota show. When they're in town...Brian has ALWAYS showed up...Tampa, Sarasota and Orlanod area gigs...ALWAYS and has taken the stage with them! That's where Brian lives when he's in the US. For the past 5 tours they have rented a hanger at an executive airport to tweak the stage (the have a full operating one!), the lights, the sound and the setlist. 5 tractor trucks have already been sighted at the hanger making deliveries! They have studio time already booked in Vancouver starting May 1st. In interviews, Brian never uttered one single time that it was curtains for AC/DC.
Take it for what it is.
