False, Viaje tried to copy Tatuaje's success then tried to turn it up a notch to be only limited runs. Failed at it. Tatuaje releases too many L.E's but have plenty of regular runs. They aren't releasing the noella lines right now because of quality control and availability.

Still, I'll trade my rats for the tattoo.
