Texas has two really good things going for it. Lot of good work and lower cost of living.

Frisco is pretty far from GP. But yes, lived in Keller for 10 years and GP now for 14 years. Kids are getting old enough where we're now looking to move to Coppell for a better school district (HS).

Ya know Frisco is only about 30 mins from GP...

Working from home most of time, I forgot about 161. Just finally got a toll-tag earlier this year, but farthest gone has been to 183 (about 15 minutes from IH20 to 183 via 161). Will have to see have far north it goes. Wife and kids will be off to Japan later this month for the summer. Maybe we can meet up at Pappsito's in Arlington (near 30 and Collins) for some good Mexican food followed by a cigar and beers.

That's what keeps wheel happy!
