That Allison did not start the new 500 like she should have. It is a great responsibility, one not to be taken lightly.

This should make Drafter feel better though.

The other day I made a grilled cheese sammich and left it on the counter to go to the back bathroom. He was "sleeping" at the time. When I came back sammich and dog were gone, but the paper plate was on the floor.. He had grabbed it off the counter and ran in to the other room with it. It was nearly gone when I found him the bassard.

I should have called drafter up to kick him.

You can see the intelligence in his eyes. We have an Australian Blue Heeler that is always 2 steps ahead of us. LOL!

He is very vocal. Not barking (he does do that sometimes) but different sounds. I swear sometimes he sounds like a monkey. I can tell from his voice if he is hungry, needs water, wants to go outside, wants to play, is bored, wants to go in the car, wants to sleep and not be bothered etc.

He usually wants to be by people but not particular people. He likes to sleep witho someone within eye shot but if we are on opposite ends of the house he will sleep in the middle of the house.... closest to all of us.

I also think he likes people more than other dogs (other than huskys). At the dog park he'll chase other dogs for awhile and vice versa but at some point he will leave the pack and wander around on his own exploring (plus meeting people). When other huskys are around thats another story. They seem to gravitate towards each other bumping chests and jumping on each other. Some of the other breeds don't take kindly to how they play.

You just described my pup lol Huskies are a weird breed for sure and they play pretty rough. Cute dog tb, mine has similar face markings but shes a red.
