No that wasn’t the premise. He followed those remarks with.

"You will remember the speaker of this graduation because the Secret Service is around, not because anything I said was inspiring."

Other stuff he went into was standard graduation speech stuff: take your education and use it to build a stronger America, you are our future, this is just the beginning of your long journey in life, Repubs are to blame for the college loan payback bill not being passed… stuff like that.

Meh... I don't remember my graduation speaker. And I don't remember doing anything during the party either...

doesn't have anything to do with drinking/drugs... I didn't do any back then. Simply because it's a long time ago, and while it may seem like an important event in your life when you're 18, by the time you're elected President of the USA, there's been a whole series of more important life events which have overshadowed a highschool graduation and party.

Victor might be incommunicado for a bit while he continues to daydream about shaving my nuts.

But the shaving was all on the northern forest area. The undercarriage was left au natural.

Made me look prepubescent.
Took a month before it was safe to go back to church...
