I have only missed a handfull of games cause stupid work got in the way. This is a very exciting world cup imho so far.

This has been a very surprising and exciting World Cup. Teams with top reputations and expectations have failed or are floundering: Spain, England, Italy. Teams that were considered cannon fodder are excelling or playing well: Costa Rica and Mexico. Even Germany and Argentina have struggled against supposedly inferior opposition. Lots of goals scored so far means that a more entertaining style of play is in fashion. Individual brilliance by scorers and goalkeepers has also been on display. Ole!

Missed two games. The DVR is overheating.

That was a heart-breaking tie between Portugal and the USA. But if you asked anyone before the start of the tournament whether the USA would be happy with a win and a draw in their first two games, they would've said, "Yes!"
