Megyn Kelly confronted ****** Cheney on the hypocrisy of his Wall Street journal op-ed on Obama's handling of Iraq. Among other things she said " History has proven him wrong. ". I just wanted to point out that while she and fox may be conservative, they have no problem asking hard questions of a conservative.

But here's the problem.

That's just as bad.

Those aren't interviews. These are just opportunities for these talking heads to score points.

Seriously... an interview is not supposed to simply be the interviewer stating whatever opinion they had going into it, over and over again. She could have done that in an article... titled it "Hey, I think Cheney was wrong". There was no reason for him to be present there. She wasn't going to listen to anything he had to say and change her mind.

It's like tv and other journalism has been dumbed down to the level of an online forum.

Actually I agree with you. I simply wanted to point out that she is not specifically picking on the left.

If you watch it she also never pushed back on his answers. It allows to give the appearance of being tough but not really. He can answer with whatever nonsense he wants and it remains unchecked. It actually allows for a bridge from absurdity to almost plausible.

Dickhead Cheneyburton has no credibility. He screwed America in the poopshot with the lies and miscalculations and 180 degree wrong predictions about the outcomes of the Iraq war and now he's complaining because he thinks Obama is doing it with vaseline involved instead of a hard, dry butthumping. Dickhead is sure in a position to criticize anyone else's actions wrt policy on Iraq. He's a stupid, malicious old POS who has the unbridled audacity to criticize others for their handling of a mess largely of his making for which he should have been given a lifetime achievement award for cognitive dissonance.

I don't give a **** about Ayers. He is a douche. But as far as damage done to the country he has done about as much as the hamburger man (and should be taken about as seriously) Cheney on the other hand has really effed the country in the butt and is ringing his hands looking for more bung.
