Thanks a lot, fellas ... It's been a good day.
We had our "reception" last night. Had family & friends there. My best bud flew up from Miami. My friend Mike Brookshire who is in the Georgia Country Music Hall of Fame played for us. Good food & Good times. I turned. 52 today. Havent shot a burlesque show since January. Didn't go to Hall of Fame this year. I "might" go to the New Orleans Festival in September. I'm kinda weening myself from burlesque. At least Vegas. Maybe. Dunno. At least my friend who runs the monthly shows at the HoB in NOLA keeps it classy. Vegas is a little too "out-there" for me. I'm headed to the cabin in N GA next weekend w/ the boys. That's my focus right now. Feeding deer & sighting rifles in. Got a guy coming from Panama & one from MN. Both excellent outdoorsmen. Should be a fun weekend. I "might" be buying a house soon. I have my fingers crossed.
