So I've become accustomed to the occasional hiccup in Cigarbid quality control but this one takes 1st place. I ordered a 10 pack of Rocky Patel Edge and after about 10 minutes I noticed it seemed plugged so I gently flick the ash toward seeing how it burning and over half of the insides falls out! What a trip, I now have a hollow cigar.....so I thought I'd try another and no kidding I received a repeat performance.

While this is a difficult one to quality check, it's not the first time I've received less than acceptable cigars for CB. Maybe it's finally after many years with CB time to pick another vendor..:-(

They probably asked him whether he had submitted the issue on the non-cigar page of the forums yet. That seem like the logical place to get those issues resolved.
